Books

Good morning/afternoon/evening everyone. Trust you are feeling good and full of energy whatever part of the world you are from. May you all be blessed with love and laughter xxx

I have found several books to be of use during my days of searching for answers in life and looking for suppport and tools to assist me in my daily life. A few I still recommend when working with clients and teaching; with this in mind and because many are waking up and starting to ask “what is life all about” I thought I would add a page to my website with some of my favourites and including my own two books-written ten years apart but with something I feel for both beginners and the more advanced seeker. I do hope that you find them of use… I know I did and in some cases felt a shift so very deep transforming life as I knew it forever! Much joy and love to you all Jacqui

Letting go!

Letting go is nothing more than accepting that you cannot do anything else; you have done your best and can do no more. You surrender (not giving up in a weakened sense) but a powerful and wise surrender to something outside of yourself. That is letting go. But it is only when you have got to this very point that you will know what ‘letting go’ truly is. It is not something you can d…o without knowing why! It’s like baking a cake as a novice, you do your best but it keeps turning out wrong. You have bought the utensils and ingredients, diligently followed instructions; yet is still rubbish. How many times you try and fail; angry at others success. You say to yourself “what is happening here, I am doing what I am supposed to do and still no good”. On and on you go trying to prove to yourself and others that you can cook; each time failing. Bashing your head against a brick wall you continue on with your stubborn need for…whatever… who knows? And then one day you get it…you realise with your whole being what you had not previously wanted to acknowledge; YOU JUST CAN’T COOK! That right there is the point of surrender, that is the point where you STOP ‘trying’ and you let go…you find either someone else to do it for you or you go and get it from the supermarket. You have found acceptance and at the same time, you have also found peace.

Acknowledging the human in us

Most are feeling a sense of ‘loss’ at this time, it’s just that most don’t realise it or rather are not aware of these feelings….their eyes are still shut!
One thing that appears to becoming more apparent to me is this need in us to look not just outside ourselves, but outside this world of ours. I have done this very thing myself! It is the same as ‘running’ away…just another form. If we look at what is beyond the world we are in now, then we do not have to face up to what is happening now. Again, being a responsible being. Yes, we do the work on ourselves both psychologically and spiritually but somehow we forget to take into account our ‘humanness’. Whilst we are living in this world, we are human and in this human being we must learn to accept all parts of ourselves…the good, the bad and the downright ugly. So, when I ask a question like ” what do I mean to me?” for instance, we need to remember what we mean to us as a human being not skip to what I am as Spirit. Most of us know who I AM, we just need to learn about who I am as human! And, I sense that this is a huge part of why we feel the loss. Not just because of the shifting energies but also because our not acknowledging who we were or are now.
